Breakfast and lunch are provided FREE of Cost for RHS programs. Parent Education meetings offered monthly, volunteering opportunities, Parent Teacher Conferences, and goal setting with a Family Service Specialist. 

Early Head Start Program (Pregnant Women & Infants 0-3 years in home services)
